Howdy soldiers, a quick internet telegram to the whole skinnee army. As results have proven, your contributions have made the 2 Skinnee J's THE most requested musical act in Chicago. Many of you may think voting online for a song in chicago radio is pointless unless you live there, but thats a very incorrect thought. Radio stations often work in a "network", meaning if the chicago station blows up with 2sj, others will play the song looking for the same results. Not saying its true in this case, but highly possible, also not saying it isn't true. We have another station with online voting, and coincidentally - it is also in Chicago. See how this can work? As this spreads out, it is likely to happen in your city. So, I ask, I beg, plead, sweat and cry for the 2sj army once again to band together. Below are 2 radio station websites. Both have online voting, and we need your help on both. The first is Q101, the 2nd is the Zone. Q101 is the newest addition to online voting for 2sj, if you know of others, please let me know, but for now, please visit both of these sites, bookmark them, and when you think about it, go to them and vote for 2sj! It takes but a second, and though you can vote for 9, only 1 vote is necessary to qualify in the poll. "Grown Up" by 2 Skinnee J's. I urge everyone to help, there is amazing about this song, and the more we vote, the quicker it gets to our area. I would like to once again thank Matt Wilson for the links and the fyi, street team extrordinaire for news passed to me. I would also like to thank the many members of the team who informed me 2SJ was on the olympics! Yes, team 718 Curling team, with Corporal Lance as the skip - sliding the rock, Stevie Spice, J Guevera, and Eddie Eyeball as the scrubbers, those who sweep the ice, and of course Mikey and Special J throwing out instructions. Stumpy was busy collecting money from the figure skating judges, and could not attend the match. And for those who missed the event, during the downhill skiing and skier profiles, the 2 Skinnee J's song "The Whammy" was the background tune of choice. Seriously, it was awesome! |
