Skinnee fans, just days ago I petitioned you to come out for a special show on July 18th to help save 2 Skinnee J's from the dreaded condition ISLS, or Imminent Skinnee Loss Syndrome. I can't tell you how comforting it is to know that so many of you care enough to donate your precious antibodies to save the J's - and prevent me from taking a financial bath - that the July 18 concert cruise aboard the "Temptress" sold out in record time, but recently I have become aware of another equally lethal situation, and this time all of Brooklyn is in danger. As an avid sport fisherman of some note, I have recently become aware of a new and dangerous breed of sea creature prowling the waters just off the Brooklyn Coast - the dreaded "Coney Island Whitefish." Measuring as long as 8", I first learned of this underwater demon through the whispers of locals prowling the boardwalk and have now made it my mission to hunt and kill the beast myself while hopefully getting a head start on saving 2 Skinnee J's at the same time. Towards this end I invite you to join me and 2 Skinnee J's for an unprecedented pre-tour hunt for the Coney Island Whitefish and fun-filled Coney Island Concert Extravaganza on Sunday, July 17th at Cha Cha's on the famous Coney Island boardwalk. $25 Fun Pack tickets include a day of hitting the rides at Astroland, the 2 Skinnee J's rock and roll show, and, God willing, one hell of a fish fry.
